These terms apply to your use of scconstruction.biz, run by S C Family Enterprises Inc, doing business as SC Construction ("SC Construction," "we" or "us"), CA LIC# B498637. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
1. Estimates, proposals and contracts
Requesting a quote doesn't create a contract or commit you or us to anything. Information on this website, including product descriptions, timelines and examples, is general information, not an offer.
Each project is governed only by its own written proposal and contract, signed by you and SC Construction. If anything on the website differs from your written contract, the contract controls.
2. Information and photos on this website
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it's always complete or error-free. Photos show past projects and products; the materials, colors and design of your project may differ. Product and brand names belong to their owners.
3. What you send us
When you send us information or photos through the website, you confirm that you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to respond to your request and prepare your estimate. We won't publish your photos without your permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
4. Financing through Lyon Financial
Financing is provided by Lyon Financial, not SC Construction. Applications, approval, rates and terms are set by Lyon, and you apply on Lyon's website under its own terms.
5. Links to other websites
The website links to sites we don't control, such as Lyon Financial, Google, Yelp and Facebook. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
6. Using the website
Please don't misuse the website. For example, don't send spam or harmful code through our forms, try to reach parts of the site that aren't public, or copy the site's content for commercial use.
7. Our content
The website's text, photos, logos and design belong to SC Construction or are used with permission. You're welcome to view and share our pages, but not to copy or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.
